At Tyagi VegMart, we strive to provide the freshest vegetables delivered on time. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within  1 hour of placing them.

• We have no return Policy.

• To cancel, contact us immediately at Admin@TyagiVegMart.com .

• Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• Damaged or spoiled vegetables

• Incorrect items delivered

• Delivery failure due to our error

To request a refund, please contact us within  24 hours of delivery with a photo and description.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within  5–7 business days.

• Alternatively, we may issue store credit for future orders.

4. No Refunds On:

• Orders canceled late

• Complaints made beyond 24 hours of delivery

5.Deliviery 

• Product will be Delivered  within 4-5 working Hours.
